3 Weight Room Sessions per week x 6 weeks
- Synthetic Ice Edge Work Skating
- Shooting - Scoring and Game Strategies
- Passing - Techniques, tactics and strategies
- Puck Skills - Game situation 1 on 1 moves
- Pursuit - Emphasis on toughness and mental perseverance to win 50 -50 battles.
4 - 6 Weeks - June -July
STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE PHASE
Building Explosive Power - Aerobic Endurance
3 Weight Room sessions per Week x 4 weeks
1 Week on Ice Re-Evaluation Camp
3 Weeks Dryland Skills Training
2-4 Weeks - August
SPEED AND AGILITY - ANAEROBIC PHASE
Depending on tryouts and peak dates for camp

Elite Off Season Training isn't for everyone, but for everyone wanting to play at an elite level , Off Season Training is a must!
We offer In-Personal Training Programs for local athletes as well as video / zoom programs for out of town athletes.
