Male and Female - A/AA/AAA Athletes

U14/U15/U16 - 3 Day 

High Intensity TEAM PLAY Camp

D-ZONE - FORECHECK - REGROUPING - BODY CHECKING

July 10th - 12th - 6 hours on ice


JULY 12th - 14th - Mid-High Intensity

Skills Camp - Hockey IQ - Technical Skills

DAY 1 - Battling - Checking - Body Position

- Body Checking (u15-u18) body contact (U11 -U13

DAY 2 - PUCK SKILLS AND SHOOTING AM Sessions

Defensive Play - Both Forwards & Defence - PM Sessions

DAY 3 Team Play - Breakouts - Dzone Coverage - Forechecking - Angling - Gap Control
