We train 3-4 days per week, developing Size, Strength, Speed and Agility. See program details; Phase 1 - Hypertrophy - "Building Muscle" 6 Weeks Phase 2 - Strength Training & Endurance - 5 Weeks Phase 3 - Speed & Agility - 2-4 weeks + on & off ice This program is intended for those pursuing AAA and/or Rep  hockey, Not for house league level!
